MP100 Autogas Refueling Station
The Alkcon MP100 is a natural gas (methane) to propane conversion system, specifically designed for refueling of propane autogas vehicles. The MP100 can produce up to 100 kg (53 gallons) of propane per week from a residential natural gas connection. The unit is operated and monitored by a LCD touch panel user interface. Requires an AC power and a natural gas connection. Two 100 lb propane tanks are included with the unit.
MP500 Fleet Fueling System
The Alkcon MP500 is a natural gas (methane) to propane conversion system, specifically designed for fleet refueling of propane autogas. The MP500 can produce up to 500 kg (262 gallons) of propane per week from a natural gas connection. The integrated unit is skid mounted. Requires an external AC power connection. European and Asian power options are available. A user supplied, external 1000 lb propane tank is recommended.
MP8K Biopropane Production System
The Alkcon MP8K is a biogas-to-biopropane conversion system, specifically designed for operation with commercial scale anaerobic digesters. The MP8K can produce up to 8,000 kg (4,200 gallons) of propane per week from a qualified biogas source. An onboard CHP system provides electrical power and process heat. A user supplied, external 5,000 gallon propane tank is recommended. External H2S and CO2 scrubbers are required.
MP32K Green Completion System
The Alkcon MP32K gas processor is an industrial natural gas to propane conversion system, designed for the production of propane from petroleum well flaring gas. The MP32K can produce up to 32,000 kg (16,400 gallons) of propane per week from a low-sulfur, natural gas source with a flow rate of up to 200CFM (288 Mcf/day). An onboard CHP system provides process heat, electrical power and external auxiliary power (up to 10kW).
